TERMS OF USAGE.

The operator of this site is the Phoenix Kart Racing Association (PKRA).  Any messages or information you post to the forum become the sole property of the site operator and may or may not be displayed, at the sole discretion of the site operator. The posting of copyrighted or illegal material is prohibited-- you must obey all applicable local laws, including those of the server owner and PKRA. You may not post information invasive of another's personal privacy rights, harassment, libelous, or information of a confidential or copyrighted nature.

This forum is provided as a public service and supporters of PKRA and your usage of this service may be terminated at any time by the site operator without prior notice.  Information submitted to the system should not be considered confidential or private and may be revealed as part of normal system operations.  No warranty of service is implied.

This Message Forum is to be used only to advance the purposes of the Phoenix Kart Racing Association, which are to promote the sport of Kart Racing at the PKRA facility, develop, publish and exchange information pertaining to Karting, Kart Racing, Kart Maintenance, and to promote social fellowship among Club members.

Rules for posting messages in the Message Forum:

All messages must be signed with proper name (no handles).

It is highly recommended that all classified ads state an asking price.

Current Phoenix Kart Racing Association members placing messages are asked to indicate their PKRA membership number, so other readers will know which writers are PKRA members.

No disparaging remarks against other writers, Club members, vendors, or any other person are allowed.

The club rules for sportsmanship and conduct will be enforced on the forum.  Does this violate your Freedom of Speech?  No it does not. Although the constitution of the US guarantees that Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech against the Government, this website is not Congress or the Government. Freedom of speech rights do not extend to this privately owned website. The Terms of Use of this website governs the behaviors and activities of the members. If you choose not to follow the guidelines agreed to during registration, the result is a disabling of your account.

The membership of PKRA comes from a diverse background. Please take this into consideration before discussing Politics or Religion. The intent of the forum is to promote Karting and posts that are for the sole purpose of creating Political or Religious debate are not appropriate. In addition posts that make reference to the future of Karting or PKRA and assigning blame on a Political or Religious group are not appropriate.

If you find a message that does not appear to adhere to these rules, kindly bring it to the attention of the Forum Administrator. The PKRA Forum Administrator has been authorized by the Board of Directors and reserves the right to delete or edit any message for any reason, and may delete old messages periodically based on length of time posted and the messages relevance to the promotion of the club. Because of the public nature of internet access, PKRA cannot be responsible for the content of any message (whether or not from a PKRA member), and the listing of any message in this Message Forum shall not be construed to indicate that the PKRA endorses the content thereof.
