Any word on when the annual banquet will be? We usually know something by now.

It was planned for the 14th, but it had to be postponed. A new date will be announced soon.

I would like to propose January 18th. There is no race on the 19th.

This will be brought up tonight at the board meeting when to have the banquet, but if you have it the 18th and 19th, most people involved with Gatorz will not be able to attend as we will all be down in Tucson practicing on Saturday and racing their club race on Sunday. I think we should have it Dec. 20th or 21st, or have it January 10th or 11th.

December 20th or 21st is getting kind of close to Christmas. Some members may not be able to attend because of traveling to be with family for the holidays (I fall in this category).

January 10th would be ok although setting up on a Friday is going to be a problem for people who work. There is a lot of work that needs to be done to put on a banquet.

January 11th is the night before a club race, that might be ok but it may affect turnout.

Maybe the club calendar should be updated to show the other events that the club races were scheduled around.

Aaron, will there be a separate Bondurant/Rotax banquet also? Or is it in conjuction with the Club banquet? Just wondering about scheduling for traveling......

The banquet will be Friday January 10th, at the Bondurant museum. It is for all classes that race at PKRA including Bondurant RMC. Saturday does not work well with a club race the next day, and the following entire weekend does not work for Bondurant because of Barret Jackson auction.

Does anyone have a time the banquet starts? And an address of location? Thanks.

The link is on the home page.

It is actually Saturday afternoon January 11 4pm at the Bondurant facility in Chandler at I 10 and Wild horse pass Blvd.

It starts at 4 pm as we have a club race at PKRA the following day.

Hope to see everyone there to celebrate all of the driver s hard work over the last 2 season.
