Matt won his first formula car race today. He races again tomorrow, and wishes his Junior Rotax friends good luck ... tight championship for sure!

He also has a "Racing with Matt McMurry" page set up on Facebook, if you want to follow his quest to be the youngest 24 Hours of Le Mans entrant in 2014.

Great Job Matt! sounds like fun.

Yes, tt was a tight race for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (McKinney, Yerkovich, and Boyle) 4th and 5th (Houston and Hendricks) were a good bit back maybe 2 -3 seconds but a very good race between them. Last lap turn 11 Yerkovich and McKinney made contact and Boyle took win Yerkovich kart was disabled following contact McKinney 2nd Hendricks 3rd Houston 4th and Small 5th. Very good race for the entire race all around.

I am sure that the formula car was good prep for your endeavor with the Daytona race coming up.
