Why is the track now closed for two weeks?? I'd swear the calendar only showed it closed 7/19 - 7/26 last time I looked.

These unplanned & surprise changes really PO the club members who make business travel and vacation plans around the posted schedules.

Why is the track in need of repairs?? Is this for more improvements, ie curbing etc? Or is something wrong with the surface? Sorry haven't been to the track in a while.

As I understand it, there was some track surface repair being done which was delayed by a couple of days.

In addition, more new curbing has been installed in our effort to make this the best track for our club.

Sorry for the confusion.

Also please note the earlier practice hours begining Sat 30th!

Chris, 7am on Sundays this is great! Was there a change to the noise curfew? Does this mean we will be starting the Sunday race program earlier as well?

The Board felt that am earlier start would be better right now given the heat.

Therer are no current plans to change any race day scheduals.

Can we start engines at 7 am or is that just the time that the gates are opening??  By the way, the friday morning practice is awesome!
